Key Points For Use:
1. Before welding, spot weld the shell and connect the bottom wire, clean the electrode contacts, and remove the rust spots on the welded parts.
2. During spot welding, the electrode should first compact the weldment and then be electrified for welding, otherwise electric sparks may damage the surface of the weldment.
3. The appropriate current and time should be adjusted according to the thickness of the weldment to ensure full penetration of the weldment (do not fluctuate the current adjustment switch or time relay simultaneously during spot welding).
4. The required electrode electrical pressure and travel switch position can be adjusted on the top screw.
